Sample Preparation
1. Take about 1g of powder (through screen 4), accurately;
2. Add petroleum ether (60~90℃);
3. Heat and reflux for 4 hours, discard the petroleum ether liquid, wave the solvent away from the residue, and transfer to the conical bottle;
4. Add 20ml of 70% ethanol, heat and reflux for 2 hours, and filter;
5. The filter residue is washed with 70% ethanol 5ml, combine the wash liquid and filtrate, and recover the solvent to dry;
6. Dissolve the residue with methanol, transfer to a 5ml measuring bottle, add methanol to the scale, shake well, filter, and take the continuous filtrate.
